If you find yourself in a dispute with another individual or a company or organization and this cannot be resolved by immediate agreement, the dispute will move into a more formal stage of civil litigation.

This can be by means of formal court action or mediation.

He can offer his expert guidance whether in Court or not, to help you reach a resolution and the peace of mind which ending a dispute can bring.
